  Our Company   In 2013 Daniel and Mel launched DC Installation Services Limited, we wanted to make high quality heat pumps affordable for everyday kiwis, and we provide a one stop shop for all your residential and light commercial heat pump needs. We cater from home owners to property managers and everyone else in between. We are a small Christchurch family owned and operated company.   Daniel has experienced in the past 14 years, working for some of the biggest air conditioning company’s in Christchurch, with this experience he knows what our customers want in both quality workmanship and customer service and he aims to exceed those expectations.   To make a great team, Mel with a background in hairdressing for many years, is able to provide exceptional customer service to meet the needs of our growing cliental base.   Our Products   DC Installation Services work hard on providing the best service possible for our customers, and work hard to retain strong relationships with our suppliers and contractors. Our partnership approach with our contractors and suppliers keeps us a step ahead with new products, offers and more - in turn ensuring we can always offer our customers the best for less.   We only sell high quality heat pumps that work in Canterbury’s ever changing weather conditions, that’s why we have chosen to provide Mitsubishi Electric and Panasonic heat pumps.   Sales   All heat pump sales require a site inspection to ensure correct sizing, location and cost. Heat pumps advertised with installation included refer to a basic back to back installation, additional costs may apply to other types of installation.
