Munchy - Restaurant SAAS and App Company

This was a SAAS company and software that we created in 2020 during the lock downs.

We managed to get a few customers but didn't pursue the marketing aspect of the business.

Fully automated SAAS platform and a mobile app + web based version.

It also includes an iPad version that they can have setup in their shop to see the latest orders that have come through.

What is included in the sale:

- The custom software developed (app, ipad version, mobile app and web based version)
- Branding and website
- Support for technical aspects of it
- Previously customers accounts (about 10 but not active)

Munchy has lots of features and functionality for restaurant owners to have their own mobile app for their business and receive orders.

Admin panel for top level to manage all users accounts too.

Users pay using Stripe and automatically charges their card - or suspends if no payment.

Looking to either sell as is for somebody to take over and grow - or take a 50% ownership in it to take it to the next level.

Our marketing company can do a refresh of the software/website at additional cost if needed.

App is developed on Quasar (Vue.js) and can be worked on easily from any developer.

We were charging $1500 setup and $99/month which is reasonable pricing for new customers.

*Please note - it includes no activate customers on the platform as of now.
