Established Digital Marketplace - TIPR

We're an Australian company (TIPR PTY LTD - ACN 640 946 167) based in Perth, WA.

TIPR is a marketplace for the buying and selling of tips for local and international racing and sporting events.

Unlike the hoards of other tipping services around the world, TIPR uses real-time data to update Tipster results and statistics.

We also don't do subscriptions. Locking people in to tips win or lose just doesn't sit right with us. On TIPR, it costs just $1 to "Flip a Tip" and if the tip doesn't result in profit then the Punter gets their $1 returned (get your buck back if the Flip Flops).

We're already making headway but need your help in the form of capital.

In the past few months, we have:

- had SEN (Sports Entertainment Network) acquire 5% of the company in exchange for over $2.5m worth of advertising

- secured a deal with an industry influencer who began promoting TIPR to her tens of thousands of followers

I cannot stress enough how huge all of this is as we're already deep into developing TIPR v2.0 but have hit a financial snag due to our R&D refund being put through the wringer (like many others in the industry).

Version 2 will include:
- Sports Tipping
- Multi and Exotics Tipping
- TIPR AI Tipster (Likely 2026)
- Advanced search functionality
- Web Version of the TIPR Platform (already designed)
- Pre-populate bet365 Bet Slips from TIPR with a tap
- Tip Slips to greatly improve the usability/efficiency of TIPR
- Automatic external promotion of in form Tipsters via TIPR socials
- TIPR Rating System for Tipsters (created by a mathematician)
