In March 2025, Sports Entertainment Network (SEN) - an ASX-listed company with a $70 million market cap - acquired 7.5% equity in TIPR. This partnership brings significant media exposure and validation to the platform.
The founder created CleverBet, one of Australia’s largest and most successful traditional tipping services. TIPR was born from frustration with the limitations of existing models in the industry.
WHY TIPR?
- Real-time results, performance statistics, and leaderboards

- “Flipped” tips that automatically populate bet slips (launching in v2.0)

We are building TIPR for global scale. Anyone with strong knowledge of racing or sport can earn uncapped income from their expertise. TIPR handles payments, tracking, statistics, promotion, and recommendations automatically - while offering Tipsters the option of anonymity.
GROWTH PLAN
We are targeting 10,000 active users by the end of 2026, which is projected to generate $7.28 million in annualised revenue. We are already in advanced discussions with a major VC firm in the gambling/tech sector.
Importantly, TIPR is built on strong ethics: both the platform and our Tipsters only make money when Punters profit. This aligned incentive model is rare in the industry and gives us a powerful long-term advantage.
