We are seeking a strategic equity partner to join an established software business that has been under development for more than 15 years.
This is not a startup idea, prototype, or concept. The platform has been developed by a dedicated in-house team and is now at the stage where it requires the right commercial partner to help complete the final phase and drive market launch.
The software is a comprehensive online business operating platform that combines:
• CRM & lead management
• Advanced estimating & PDF scaling
• Automated workflow management
• Dynamic job scheduling
• Inventory & purchasing systems
• Staff onboarding & HR automation
• Client & supplier portals
• Integrated communications & email platform
• Payroll
• KPI reporting & business intelligence dashboards

The platform has been designed to become the central operating system for SMEs and has applications across construction, trade, manufacturing, service, logistics, and project-based industries.
We are looking for someone who can bring some or all of the following:
• SaaS/software industry experience
• Commercialisation experience
• CEO or senior leadership capability
• Capital investment
• Sales and growth expertise
• Strategic business development skills
