Calitec introduces the Heat Pump Hot Water Refrigerant Split System to New Zealand.

Heat pump hot water is an energy efficient, cost efficient way of heating household water. Using proven and reliable heat pump technology to warm up water can save consumers up to 70% of their hot water costs.

The Air-to-Water system connects an outdoor heat pump compressor unit with a stainless steel hot water cylinder, using refrigerant pipes in between.

A maximum refrigerant pipe length of 20 metres allows the outdoor unit to be placed out of sight and sound. The new hot water cylinder fits into the space of the existing hot water cylinder, making installment simple in both new and existing homes.

Currently we are looking for dealers and installers in the Auckland area. Our systems are the perfect add-on product for heat pump professionals, electricians and plumbers, who are open to new technology and realise the potential of this huge growth market.
