Our client has pre-cast concrete assets that are surplus to requirements. The facility is sited on 28,000 sq meters on land in the lower Nth Island and includes a concrete batching plant, pre-stressing facilities for large beams, concrete moulds, workshops, administrative offices, yard space and staff. The Vendor has been turning major project work away in preference to smaller jobs that keep the staff engaged and employed. Vendor happy to entertain reasonable offers.
