Wimpex Limited (In Liquidation), trading as Wimpex, was placed into liquidation on 4 September 2025.
The Company’s assets include a substantial range of plant and equipment used in the production and packaging of milk powder products and butter, together with intellectual property such as brands and licences, motor vehicles, and office and other equipment.
The Liquidators are now seeking expressions of interest in the purchase of the business as a going concern or in individual assets of the Company.
Parties with a genuine interest are invited to register with PwC no later than 23 September 2025 to obtain further details and participate in the sale process.
Please note that any assets sold on an ex-situ basis must be removed from the site on or before 4 November 2025.
