The Company is an established manufacturer of a range of specialty bread and other products operating from a fit-for-purpose site at Paraparaumu, close to Wellington on the Kapiti Coast.

The current owners have invested significantly into modernising and increasing the capacity and efficiency of the plant and into rebranding to enable a greater focus on its range and on it’s go-to-market strategy.
The Company and its brands are now well recognised and positioned for growth across its core wholesale markets with sales channels now extending to supermarkets and independent retailers nationwide.
The Company has very recently ceased trading owing to the decision of the sole director/shareholder to retire from the food manufacturing business. This has resulted in a liquidator being appointed and the business and /or assets now being offered for sale.

The bakery is well fitted out, fully complaint and houses a full range of well-maintained plant and equipment typical of a medium-sized bakery. Existing employees are open to the prospect of continuing with a new proprietor.

The business could be of interest to existing market participants keen to expand into the specialty breads market (including organic and gluten-free segments if desired) or to go forward with products and brands complimentary to their existing operations.
The Liquidator is now calling for genuine potential buyers to lodge their expression of interest no later than by 4:00 pm on Thursday 23 October 2025.
