South Island Expansion Partner Wanted – Tiny Homes & Cabins on Wheels

New Kiwi Freedom Living Ltd is an Auckland-based manufacturer of cabins on wheels, tiny homes, food trailers, and heavy-duty trailer bases.
We design locally, prefabricate overseas, and assemble in Auckland. Our business model has been tested and proven over the past 5 years, and we are now ready to expand into the South Island, starting with Christchurch.

We are seeking a hands-on local partner/operator to assemble and manage production in the South Island.

You may be a great fit if you:

1, Are a handy, practical person, confident using tools, with 1–2 part-time helpers

2. Have access to a covered workspace or flat yard (100m²+), within 30km of Christchurch Port
(We can deliver door-to-door to Auckland and Christchurch Port. Other locations require your own transport from the warehouse.)

3 Can invest $50,000 to kickstart the first production batch

or as add-on business if you are already in the cabin / tiny home / short-term rental business.

Important note:

Experience with tiny homes, trailers, or hands-on manufacturing is strongly recommended. Without this background, the learning curve will be steep.

This is an opportunity to work with an established brand, proven systems, and real market demand, not a startup experiment.
