KPs Jerky

This is a business I am passing on. NO Intellectual Property costs. The Intellectual Property relates to the Jerky manufacturing only, I just want to recoup some of the set up cost. I retired over a year ago.

Why? To set the right person up to make the best Jerky NZ has ever experienced, ask anyone in the Taranaki region how KPs Jerky rated. It's time to move on.

I am going to sell all equipment at 40% below cost. All the major bits of equipment where NZ new with only 3 years use. The Intellectual Property I will hand over on end of sale. That's 25 years to get my Jerky to a level of 'Ya can't get better'

That will be training the purchaser on how to make the best Jerky NZ has ever made. For one week.

The training will be how to source the right cuts of meat. How to obtain KPs custom 2 flavour (Original and Piri Piri) spice blends.

Then how to make KPs secret marinade that made KPs Jerky stand out.

Equipment training, using the vacuum tumbler that can do a 24hr marinade in 1hr. Crazy!

Running the Pouch Packaging machine and calibrating. With maintenance instructions and how to work with Manufacture Engineers if there is a problem.

How to source bags, boxes and shelve trays etc. Everyting that took me years to sort out.

Now the big one, how to handle MPI and sell at Foodstuff NZ NZ wide.

Plus I will be on call for 1 year.

WHY am I doing this? To get the best Jerky in NZ made again.....because I would like to buy some myself!!

NOTE: All equipment is set up in our Jerky factory in Oakura, Taranaki, absolute mint set up. Building 12m x 6m, rent $350pw, all MPI approved.
