For sale is a rustic concrete sleeper production line. Including molds, casting trays, vibration table, drying table etc.

The concrete sleeper idea came to us due to a lack of genuine sleepers that were available to our landscape supply business. what was available was of varying quality and even dimensions.
Nz railways are not replacing sleepers with timber anymore, so it wont be long untill the recycled timber sleepers are unavailable.

The reason we selling this setup is that we sold the landscape yard and shifted to the south island to go farming.

Introducing our brand-new Concrete Railway Sleepers. Designed and built in house, they capture the true authentic charm of a Genuine Railway sleeper, while achieving a longer lasting and more cost effective option to the pine alternative.

Featuring multiple original designs, each sleeper offers genuine character and charm.

Our sleepers come pre-coloured in natural brown and black tones, ensuring a timeless, weather-resistant finish.

Size: (L) 1800mm x (W) 200mm x (H) 60mm approx.

Each sleeper comes with a pre-cast hole at each end (to suit a 12mm bolt or screw) for simple and efficient installation. We offer a range of Corten fixing brackets specifically designed for these sleepers.

Railway Series

A classic sleeper capturing the charm and markings from genuine railway fixings and plates.

Rustic series

A more natural aged timber look, we have imitated sleepers with knots, and beautiful timber grain.
