Most probiotic drinks are pasteurised (killing the live cultures consumers pay for) and force-carbonated with CO2. Gratitude is a genuinely live, naturally fermented kéfir water with carbonation produced through real fermentation — chilled-stable and tolerant enough to courier nationwide without cold-chain logistics. The fermentation process has been refined over 10+ years and is not easily replicated. Customers consistently describe it as the best probiotic drink on the market.
