After 20+ years of taking Pilates in Palmerston North, I am leaving town in July to embrace the Gypsy life!

9 mat classes per week that see over 100 people come through the doors. No Studio, I use local Community Halls where i have regular bookings and get great rates.

Current class times:
Mon 9am & 5.30pm
Wed 7.30am (zoom), 1pm, 5.30pm
Thurs 9am, 11am & 5pm
Frid 9am

Step into my Pilates Socks and away you go. My clients are of all ages, stages, and gender. They need YOU to keep this going. I need YOU because I want to leave knowing that my lovely clients continue to be taken care of.

This business is a well-oiled machine that works. It has been grown through Word of Mouth. My clients are here to look after their bodies and minds. It is their time to improve their strength, flexibility and most importantly community.

I am selling a well-established loyal client base. I send regular emails to a database of nearly 300 and from that I see up to 100 clients a week. I charge the clients $15, offer concession cards and a Gold Card discount.

You will get Client contact details, spare mats and props like spikey balls and therabands. And anything else I can do to make the transition easy and of course, my endorsement.

Grow this business or fine tune it. Other revenue streams through sales of mats, therabands, spikey balls, grip socks etc and even your own merchandise.
