Operating from its current location for over 2 years and previous locations since 2019. This studio has continued to grow with an impeccable reputation for safe and effective Pilates.
This current location offers and multitude of opportunities by the way of separate, interchangeable spaces. Currently set up as 3 separate rooms with the main room being a Reformer studio with 5 machines, a waiting area and retail space. An attached room has lent itself to Mat and Barre classes but also contains a springboard for private sessions in place of a trapeze table. The third room is a fully equipped Pilates rehab studio with 2 Reformers, 1 combo chair, 1 Trapeze table, 1 ladder barrel and 2 Spine Correctors. This studio also has a large kitchen and staff room. A large bathroom and change area within. This is a fully functioning Pilates studio with all props, mats and equipment. The space is finished with stunning design features including artwork from local artists.
The team at The Pilates Practice are expertly trained and qualified through Polestar Pilates, a comprehensive and evidence based, internationally recognised teacher training institute, with some staff currently seeing through their exam.
This ethereal studio was dreamed up by Karyn a Pilates lover and admirer of over a decade. After travelling and experiencing Pilates in various studios, has place utmost importance on creating a dreamy safe space for all bodies to be welcomed and move with confidence by highly accredited teachers. She has created a studio where clients take a deep breath as they walk in the door, it welcomes them like a home, in turn has created a very loyal customer base and a very good reputation locally.
