Shuttle Service for sale

We are an established North Canterbury shuttle service with regular and repeat clientele.
We do school bus runs, airport transfers, weddings, work parties, stag/hen's parties, appointments, ACC transfers,winery tours and individual tours. The possibilities for expansion are endless. It is also a type of business that can be run anywhere in New Zealand.
Our vehicles consist of a 1992 Mitsubishi Rosa, diesel (seats 22), 2013 Toyota Hi-ace Minibus, petrol (seats 10), 2015 Toyota Hi-Ace Minibus, diesel (Seats 12), and a tandem covered trailer. *Note the number of seats includes the driver.All vehicles are regularly serviced and in good running order. Our business is being sold with all the vehicles included,as reflected in the price. However, we are open to options.
Work hours are flexible, and you have the option to work either full-time or part-time. It can be run as a husband/wife/family business or you can employ drivers and sit back.
We are happy to help the new owners for the first few weeks to get familiar with the running of the shuttles.
Our financial records will be accessible. Note that a Non Disclosure Agreement is to be signed by the potential purchaser before any confidential information will be released.
GST will be added to the price but if the purchaser is registered for GST, it will be sold as a going concern with no GST.
We have loved establishing this business but unfortunately, due to declining health and impending retirement, it is time to hand over the keys.
