Duties include garden maintenance, lawn mowing, minor repairs and maintenance (50%) & administration (50%). There is flexibility but most duties can currently be completed between 9.00am and 3.00pm Mon-Fri. No weekend work required.
The ideal managers would be a couple with good people skills, flexible skill set such as admin/gardener/handyperson. A real estate license would be to your advantage as there are ongoing villa sales each year increasing income to 6 figures - over and above the secure salary.
As managers you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the complex coordinating general maintenance, repairs, villa sales & pastoral care to the residents.
The manager's salary is indexed to the CPI + up to 1.6% commission is payable per villa sale + an hourly rate charged on villa refurbishments gives 3 strong & growing income streams.
A generous handover period will be provided to the successful purchaser. Some aspects of the role can be outsourced to 3rd party contractors e.g., lawns, pruning or gardens.
