We are moving on from our dismantling department section of the business.
Automotive dismantling specializing in Ford used parts, Rangers, Couriers, Transits, and Australian Ford models.
The reason for getting out of the dismantling business is that we have lost the lease on our outside yard. Additionally, we have one member retiring, which leaves one man to carry on this department in a very reduced space.
We have been in the dismantling business for 20 years and, every 5 or so years, have had major cleanouts to keep discarding irrelevant cars and parts. This only leaves good, clean, and tested parts in stock.
There is a large amount of shelving, including interior and galvanized exterior shelving. This comes with all stock, both car and commercial, a Mitsubishi FD40 6t forklift with a 4t lifting capacity and long extension forks, a tandem transport trailer, and a 2-year-old Summit clear floor 2 post hoist.
The asking price for all of this is well below asset valuation. It needs to be relocated from the current location soon.
This is fully set up for the right person to run a very profitable business with a lot of stock ready to go. We are open to possible swaps, deals, and cash offers.
