After owning this business for 16 years it is now time for me to hang up my boots as retirement date has long gone. The run consists over 500 box holders in a wonderful supportive community and approximately 272Kms per day.
The business operates Monday to Friday delivering mail, newspapers, milk and freight items. With the increase of online shopping and the travel distance to local towns the freight is ever increasing.
Along with the NZ Post freight I also carry freight for outside agencies who don't venture out into the rural sector. There are several large business who I deliver and collect freight items for. The business is services by a 2024 Toyota Hiace vehicle.
A buyer confidentially agreement must be signed before any financial information is disclosed.
A Ministry of Justice drug and alcohol test must be completed along with a NZ Post interview for the proposed purchaser.
