Private JV: $350k Acquisition, $840k Exit Within 6 Months

I’m looking for one investor/partner to fund a specific business acquisition currently on the market.

The opportunity (high level):

Capital required: $350,000

Plan: Acquire the business and break it into multiple resale transactions over ~6 months, designed to return capital early and then complete a full exit.

Outcome: Total resale proceeds ~$840,000 over ~6 months, plus approximately $87,500 in operating profit during the period.

Capital recovery: Recover the initial $350,000 within ~3 months via staged sales/cashflow.

How it’s structured (to keep you protected):

Funds can sit in your bank account under your control.

We sign a clear agreement covering decision rights, payment milestones, and security.

The business includes meaningful assets, and there are additional security options available to support the deal (details under NDA).

My role / fee:
I will facilitate end-to-end delivery: acquisition process, due diligence support, transition plan, restructuring the sale(s), buyer pipeline, negotiation, and execution.
My compensation is a $200,000 success fee, paid only from realised proceeds, tied to agreed milestones.
