“Tweeddale’s Honey” - Opportunity to acquire the business or assets of Tweeddale’s Honey (NZ) Limited (In Receivership).

Tweeddale’s Honey (NZ) Limited was placed into receivership on 9 March 2026, with Richard Nacey and Judith Shields of Teneo Financial Advisory New Zealand appointed as Receivers.

The Receivers are presenting for sale a family-founded Manuka honey business with a proven track record and established market presence. Having navigated a challenging period for the sector, the business is well positioned as market conditions improve. Existing infrastructure is able to support a c.75% increase on 2026 production, offering compelling upside with limited additional capital investment.

The Receivers are currently seeking expressions of interest in the business as a going concern or assets of the Company.

The Company’s assets include a substantial amount of bulk honey stock, a range of fixed assets (including honey processing, bottling equipment, and vehicles), beekeeping equipment, and intellectual property.

Parties with a genuine interest in receiving further information are invited to register their interest with the Receivers no later than 3 April 2026 to receive further information and participate in the sale process.
