Empyre Agri Essentials (Name being changed from Empyre Workwear Packaging & Hygiene) is offering 20% Shareholding to raise capital to staff Taranaki, The Waikato and Southland.
The business has a well structured franchise model soon to be listed with business brokers.
Products offered to market:
Impireacht Chemicals (our own brand) of niche market highly concentrated cleaning products
Esko Safety Products entire catalogue of products
Caution Workwears entire catalogue of products
Chemicorps Teat Sprays, Pesticides, Insecticides, Herbicides and Fungicides which are big spend products (negotiations finalised)
We are dropping the Matthews Packaging & Hygiene product range due to the complexity of shipping rates on low spend products hence the name change.
The business needs basic capital to buy two or three cheap toyota vans so as we can staff key areas and add immediate value to key area franchises ultimately creating franchise sales.
Profits for the short term will be spent on staffing key areas to drive franchise sales.
We expect dividends to be payable within 12 months of initial investment.
The business is armed with well structured training documentation and processes plus ongoing support for reps.
I built X Clean from the ground up, that business is now a nationwide brand and I intend on ending their reign and simply superseding them by offering relevant big spend products as well as an armoury of target market relevant product lines.
