WHY ARE WE SELLING?
Due to a restructure and focus within our organisation, we have decided to sell our unisex hat business. We have two brands and the ability to focus on two that are very different is hard and with a reduction of our staff it makes sense.

WHAT AM I PAYING?
The price listed is for the brand, plant and equipment, on top of this is the stock we have on hand which would be sold to you at cost / the replacement amount for when you restock.

The business comes with a beautiful website, a handful of wholesale customers that can be ramped up with ease and the equipment to deploy at markets around New Zealand.

HOW MUCH STOCK IS THERE?
As of 23/04/2024 there is approximately $60,000 worth of stock on hand, spread across mostly hats and accessories.

WHEN COULD IT TAKE OVER?
Immediately, the stock for ready to go and we will continue to sell until we either transfer the ownership to you or we have depleted the stock to a manageable level for the next person.

WHAT SUPPORT WILL I GET?
We can train you up, guide you on where to from here or simply hand over the reins. There is only a handful of suppliers to deal with.

WHAT ARE THE SALES STATISTICS?
We have these available in the platform we use, Shopify, these can be provided once we have an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) in place.

WHAT ARE THE SALES MADE UP OF?
The majority is online, markets and events make up a good amount and has huge scope and wholesale was a big part, however this is less now due to the inability to focus and service these type of customers in our current structure.

WHAT KIND OF PERSON IS THIS SUITABLE FOR?
A part time / casual, work from home, school hours type person, all the way to a fulltime / existing brand to compliment.
