We currently run this mobile food trailer at Avondale Sunday market. It is run by a max of 2 people, easy to set up (40mins). Set up by 7am can leave the market at 12 noon.
Very little prep as stock bought in.
The trailer is fully compliant - warranted - registered.
The menu is selling steamed Pork and Chicken BBQ buns, Hangi buns, Pork and Chive dumplings, cans of drinks.
The menu can be added to with permission from market management.
At present our sales are cash and eftpos.
