I'm seeking 'Expressions of Interest' from proven successful above operators that would like to lease this 2015 Commercial Food Caravan for a period of two years, with the right of renewal or buy out complete ownership.

The caravan has been fully refurbished and has full Electrical & Gas Commercial Operating Certificates along with a current VTNZ WOF.

Current operators would agree this opportunity has potential return of 'Sky's the Limit'.

New inbound operators would enjoy minimal inbound costs, to a successful and thriving business pathway for themselves.

The caravan is located in Auckland and has standard equipment being..

1) 1x Rancilio Barista Coffee Machine
2) 3x Fridges
3) 1x Deep Fryer
4) 1x Brand New Hot Plate / Microwave / Oven

All brand new Electrical Wiring & Fittings & Gas Certification.

The successful lessee will add or re-arrange suitable utility equipment to enable user friendly and customer service flowing for individual requirements.

The lessee will obtain their own resource consents if needed from the appropriate regions council.

The lessee agreement will be procured from the standard Auckland District Law Society Lease Agreement.

Lease period of 2 years - with a 2 month free holiday payment - for the lessee to instrument their landing area, the individual internal set up procedure - obviously this would be perfect for a current industry operator.

Inbound Immediate Costings as Follows:

The Lease Bond would be 8 weeks at $750.00 up front at the time of signing the Lease, Total Payable would be $6,000.00

The two month weekly Lease payment holiday would commence from the time that the Lease Agreement is signed along with payment.
