Our Philosophy:
At Cuore di Gelato, our philosophy is simple: true artisan Italian gelato, handmade completely from scratch, using only the best natural ingredients. All of our flavours are gluten-free, and we also offer a range of dairy-free/vegan options. Each flavour is handmade in small batches and perfectly balanced using our own uniquely created recipes.
