We have been operating for over 4 years now with a great community following and loyal customers.
We are mainly a surf & skate shop but specialise in other areas. Scooter sales and repairs, servicing of skateboards, small surfboard repairs and other equipment. We have a fantastic take-away coffee set up attached and does really well in the business area. Pickleball part of the business is not included.
This business has room for developement, big expansion and can stay where it is or moved to a higher traffic area. Rent is currently on open term.
Sale includes all fixtures (shop displays), hand over time and training, full website, stock is extra (stock report with cost is provided). All other items can be negotiated and legal terms etc will be done. GST applies.
