“King Honey” - Opportunity to acquire the business or assets of King Honey Limit

King Honey Limited (In Receivership and In Liquidation) trading as King Honey was placed into receivership and Liquidation on 27 July 2025.

The Company’s assets include a substantial amount of bulk honey stock, a range of fixed assets (including honey processing and bottling equipment), beekeeping equipment and intellectual property.

The receivers are currently seeking expressions of interest in the business as a going concern or assets of the Company.

Parties with a genuine interest in receiving further information are invited to register their interest with PwC no later than 15 August 2025 to receive further information and participate in the sale process.
