The decision hasn't come lightly as I have put my heart and sole into this dream so would love to see the new owner as passionate as I have been!
We have been operating for over 4-5 years now with a great community following and loyal customers.
We are mainly a surf & skate shop but specialise in other areas. Scooter sales and repairs, servicing of skateboards, small surfboard repairs and other equipment. We are also an outlet for Noxen ponchos.
Pickleball part of the business is NOT included in the sale.
This business has room for developement, big expansion and can stay where it is or moved to a higher traffic area. Rent is currently on open term.
Sale includes certain fixtures (shop displays), coffee part of the business is included, hand over time and training, full website, shop stock is approx $40k wholesale price(stock report provided and ALL stock must be purchased). All other items can be negotiated and legal terms etc will be done.
Price is $40,000 plus stock of approx $40-45k which is the wholesale value, not RRP. Sold is a "going concern" so no gst.
