After 7 years of trading, the owners of The Dickensian Bookshop and Tea Rooms are looking forward to retirement. We would be interested in inquiries from parties who would like to take our business forward into its next phase.
The Dickensian has become a local institution, well known for its Cream Teas, gorgeous home baked cakes, and its collection of antiquarian, collectors books and great literature.
Sitting amongst the bookshelves, our customers enjoy the ambience, friendly service and wonderful baking as they search for their next read.
This is a chance to become part of Featherston Booktown, the only official Booktown in New Zealand, become host to our wonderful regulars and local community and welcome book collectors from Wellington and beyond.
