Going into winter this is a great opportunity to bag yourself a bargain!

We have owned this very cute and funky laundromat for over 14 months.

Don't bother emailing if you're going to low ball me! It's a waste of my time & yours.

When we purchased it, it was in much need of some love & bringing back to life.

Its had new flooring, painting, a whole new vibe, new vanity & kitchenette out the back for a cleaner/owner, branding (instagram page, brand identity inc colours etc) we've fitted tangerpay and other bits and pieces.

There is a total of 11 washers & 14 dryers.

I'm very aware that this can not be set up for the asking price so for those with low ball offers, take them elsewhere.

Tangerpay has been fitted to all but 4 machines (those 4 machines are washers)
Cash is still useable on all washing machines at the moment.

Summer time is where laundromats often only cover costs. Winter time is slay time!

- Currently unbranded (no name), add your flare!
- Install tables for folding (there is a lot of space for this) & offer serviced option. Pick up & delivery option.
- There is plenty of space for multiple vending machines. These could be owned by you (more profit) or these could be owned by another company and looked after by them while you are paid a percentage. Easy. Vending machines could be food & beverage, washing powder and/or toy.
- Install lolly vending machine. Fun & funky like the laundromat.
- Loyalty progams can be created with Tangerpay!
- Marketing! This is something I had planned to do.. to create a super fun space for tourists
