* We are couple doing 4 days a week and approximately 25-30 hours each per week.
* We have at present, 37 clients, ranging from twice weekly, weekly, fortnightly and monthly.

* No royalties to pay.
* No administration levy to pay.
* No operational support levy to pay.

* You will need to be physically work fit.
* You will need to be highly organised,
* You will need to be honest, reliable and to communicate well with your clients.
* This business has been built on reliability and consistency. ( No not turning up because the car broke down or the kids are sick).
* You will need to be GST registered.
* You will need to be insured for public liability and your vehicle insured also to get onto some work sites.
* You will need a reliable car and access to another if needed be in case of a breakdown.
* We would consider selling our car if needed.


* We will give you full trading in all aspects of the business and accompany you for two weeks. (And do the monthly clients too)
* Will provide all the equipment and supplies to do the job.
* This business would best suit a couple and could be run from either Katikati, Waihi or Waihi Beach.

* Because of the commercials, it is a 50 week a year business with 2 weeks off at Christmas.
* In saying that, it is also 3 day weekend business as well!
* Can easily be expanded to 5 days if needed.
