Garden Maintenance Business for sale

Just one industrial client, in Favona, South Auckland.

I gross about $20k per annum with this client and it is simple work.
I usually go bi-monthly, since I have been living further away but they were happy for me to visit monthly originally.

It is just a verbal contract but a keen client and have been going there for at least 6 years.

I have moved further away and have two other businesses running so it is not really working for me to get there any more.

Great way to make a living - client loves us, we do good work and enjoy what we do, but also come without the nasty chemicals.

I tend to take help with me and do the work in one day but if you needed to keep all the income you could go over several days.

I charge $60 per hour for straight maintenance - gardening.
$70 for hedges
$15 for tool time and
$70 for greenwaste removal
$110 for mulch

The next visit should gross approx $5k as I have not been there in a while.

3 tonne (only need a basic driver's licence) Nissan Atlas diesel truck, flat (drop side) deck with cupboards (this is an older 2000 model but runs like a dream and new-ish clutch, fully serviced every 6 months, had it 5 years),
