I am selling part of my mowing business, as follows:

35 properties. 
Gets $60-80 per hour for hand mowing work, $100-120 per hour for the jobs I can do with my ride on mower.
Earning $35,000pa, takes 1.75 days a week if you're hand mowing everything; or just 1.25 days a week with the help of my ride-on mower.

Selling $14,000, plus equipment if required, as follows:
