Turns over about $50,000 per year. This could be higher as clients often want more work but with my current time limitations this is all it makes.

20 properties around Waiheke Island, with many of the properties I have worked at for over 10 years.

The business takes about 18-22 hours a week to run. So, could be good for a mother with kids at school as the hours are not that that high if this was your only commitment.

The jobs consist of weeding, spraying, hedges, trimming small trees, weed eating small banks/edges, shaping and pruning olives, fruit trees. Blowing properties and picking up prongs and fallen branches.

Every job has the same rate so it makes invoicing a bit easier.

Happy to provide basic training with the business. going to every property and just going over the things I do and let you meet the owners etc.

The business comes with all the needed tools and equipment to do the jobs, around $5,000 worth.

All the tools are electric Makita 18v or 2x18v so no mixing fuel or pull starting equipment. The tools included are, Makita leaf blower, Makita hedge trimmers, Makita weed eater, pruning shears, Pruning saw, Makita sprayer, work ladder platform, Makita radio plus a range of hand tools, batteries and bags etc.
