Mr Green has been franchising since 1992 with 23 Regional Masters and 160+ franchisees nationwide. We are now expanding into Auckland and seeking six motivated, ethical people to each own an exclusive Regional Master Franchise zone covering approximately 90,500 residential dwellings with capacity for around 20 or more local franchisees in each zone.

As a Regional Master Franchisor you earn from three income streams — your own mowing round, selling local franchise territories to operators in your zone, and collecting ongoing weekly royalties from your growing franchisee network. Full financial details including projections based on our existing operations are provided to serious applicants under a confidentiality agreement.

The six Auckland zones are:
Zone 1 — North Auckland (Rodney, Hibiscus and Bays, Upper Harbour)
Zone 2 — North Shore (Kaipatiki, Devonport-Takapuna, Waitakere Ranges)
Zone 3 — West Auckland (Henderson-Massey, Whau, Puketapapa)
Zone 4 — Central/East (Waitemata, Albert-Eden, Orakei)
Zone 5 — South-East Auckland (Howick, Maungakiekie-Tamaki, Mangere-Otahuhu)
Zone 6 — South Auckland (Manurewa, Papakura, Otara-Papatoetoe, Franklin)

Each zone franchise fee is $50,000 plus gst if any.

Who we are looking for:
- High personal ethics and integrity
- Reasonably tech savvy
- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
- A confident seller comfortable cold calling and knocking on doors
- Business-minded with the drive to build and lead a team
- Financially capable — full investment details on application

Zones will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis to the right people. Expected earnings are $150,000pa and above.
