Design Builders is an Architectural design and build company originating in Hawkes Bay which is well known for our unique, award winning homes throughout the North Island.
As the North Island partnerships see ongoing success, the business has decided to draw focus on the South Island. We recently established Design Builders Canterbury and wish to build on this with the goal of opening additional South Island locations.
We are looking to have conversations with people involved in the industry, that believe they have the knowledge, relationships and determination to own and run a Design Builders regional partnership. You will have backing from the business nationally to support your success, with a dedicated design team to create architectural, client specific designs through to marketing, financial, IT and more.
A successful partner or partners will have;
- Strong local relationships within the Construction sector
- Knowledgeable on a range of residential construction build types
- Driven towards building a successful, reputable name in the market
- Great people person, with strong communication and engagement skills
- Ability to network and develop new business
