Mobile Tyre Business - Business Partner Wanted

Are you experienced in tyre fitting, reliable, and passionate about delivering great customer service? We're a tyre shop in central Auckland, and seeking a motivated business partner to start and run a mobile tyre service business in North & West Auckland.

I have a Ford Transit van fully fitted out with a complete set of professional tyre-changing equipment (tyre changer, balancer, compressor, tools – ready to operate). We will discuss how the van and equipment will be made available as part of our partnership arrangement.
We will form a partnership company:

You will operate the day-to-day mobile service (driving to customers, providing on-site tyre fitting).
Tyres will be supplied at competitive wholesale prices.
Profits will be shared fairly.

What I’m looking for in a partner:

Proven experience in tyre fitting/changing
Responsible, punctual, and strongly customer-focused
Excellent communication and people skills
Valid New Zealand work visa/right to work
Physically fit (the role involves manual work)
Good credit history and clean background
