Affordable Skip Bin Business for sale

We have for sale a well established skip bin business located in Ranui West Auckland that would be transferable anywhere in the country. My partner and I purchased it in May 2023 and we are selling it as we want to go travelling if possible in May 26.
We operated it ourselves initially for four days a week May23-October 24 and since then we have paid a very skilled & experienced contractor ( Mike ) to operate the business for us while I have returned to salary support my past employer with some projects that we have.
We are selling the business for around 160k ex GST as a going concern but we are also in the process of negotiating an asset sale with an interested party.
Bestie Bins is an excellent turn key opportunity relocatable anywhere in NZ with an older but great Hino truck under 400,000 kms and on a 10 ton RUC sticker. Bin inventory of 46 bins 21 x 9m, 4 x 6m, 6 x 3m hardfill, 4.5 high side h/f x 2 & 11 mini skips 4.5m 3m and 2m. Sale will include website and social media, Xero software and two weeks of training from Judith and I & hopefully Mike.
