Gypsy Blue Gelato & Espresso is a thoughtfully created premium gelato and espresso cart brand, designed for weddings, high end events, food markets and expos.

The Gypsy Blue Gelato & Espresso brand was created a few years back by the very talented Ebby Designs (Ebony Forsyth) in Australia, for my brother and sister in law who were refurbishing a vintage food truck to run the Gypsy Blue business out of. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the truck and the business never reached completion.

This beautiful and comprehensive brand is (devastatingly) sitting unused, and is ready for someone to take it over and establish a business that can do the brand justice. This brand is ready to be picked up and run as a business, and would work beautifully for someone looking for a side hustle project or even to establish a full time gelato and espresso cart or shop.

For ease, domains and social media handles can be arranged and transferred, if required. Assistance or support with establishing a functional website can also be offered at an additional cost. Otherwise, the brand will be sold as is.
