Beauty salon partners or shared place

I am seeking a massage therapist, tattoo technician, or beautician to partner with me, or to sublease a treatment room with a sauna, at my well-established beauty salon, Beautiful You, in Halswell (near the New World).

The salon has three treatment rooms and a nail services area. It currently offers a wide range of beauty services and has established itself with regular customers. The subleased persons may provide additional beauty, massage or tattoo services.
