KATIKATI.. Starter Ride On Mowing Business.. Suit Start-Up or Weekend Work? $$

UPDATE: The $500 Katikati mow has now been sold on its own so I have revised and relisted to reflect this..

I recently bought a ride on lawn mowing business. 

There are two properties, which.. one is in Aongatete, and the other is 5 minutes north of Katikati.

For me, being based in Tauranga and with plenty of work within 20 minutes of home, these jobs are just that bit too far away for me and so I am reluctantly making them available for sale. Details as follows:

1. 12x per annum,. Aongatete. 1x large, 2x smaller sections, next to each other, with 2x tiny houses and a container on them. $275, takes 2 hours. Plus $80 to weedeat smallish bank behind the house as needed (sometimes every time,
sometimes every second time. Takes 20 minutes.

2. 12x per annum, Katikati. Avocado orchard. $175. Takes 1.5 hours. Plus a piece of neighbouring section, $36 for 8 minutes work.

Selling at seven times cut value, ie ($275+175+$40+$38) = $528 for half a days work x7 x cut value = $3696 selling price. (NB This is for goodwill/ customers only. Mower, trailer, weedeater, blower is available if you don't already have them, but is additional cost, NOT included in this price.

And if you wanted a few more lawns (but closer to Tauranga just let me know what you would like and I may have a few I would consider selling (but they are two weekly mows, these sell for $13x cut value)

All the times above are based on using a Walker mower with a 48 inch deck, like the one I have just advertised (click on "sellers other listings".

AND, if you buy this starter run and want to also buy the mower, I will reduce the price of the mower by $1000.
