Cowshed Automation Business

For sale is our Cowshed Automation business, this system have been in New Zealand for an excess of 18 years and under our management for the last 8 years.

We sell, install, service and support our customers throughout New Zealand, with a 70/30 split between Islands, 70% of the farms are in the South Island. This would suit someone Mid South Island based, North Otago and Canterbury would be our largest area, then traveling around the rest of the country as required.

If you don't like to travel around our fantastic country please don't think this is the business for you, its not.
If you have never stepped into a cowshed before or seen a cow, this is not a business for you.

This would suit someone with a farming background or at least knows there way around a shed, is not afraid of animals and not afraid of getting green stuff on your hands (not that it happens much)

The asking price includes everything as a walk in and take over (workshop is leased), it includes a new ute Ranger Raptor, spare 2016 ute, trailer, all workshop equipment to build the gear including a new forklift, jib crane, multiple welders etc, all spare parts available at the time and all ongoing work, we still have several jobs still to install which would be a fantastic start for someone buying into the business.

This has been operated by a owner operator with a small amount of help at times with installations, and using sub contractors as required to take the pressure off if needed.
This could also be a great add-on to an existing business that's already working in the dairy industry.
The listed price is for everything, if some stuff in not needed I'm happy to put a price together excluding what you don't want or need.
The workshop in Timaru is lease, this could be taken over it I'll keep it, not phased.
Asking price is close to if not a little less this years turnover, the dairy industry in growing and there is a lot of work available if you want it.
Current owner wants to semi retire after nearly 18 years
