Beauty salon partners or shared place

I am seeking a massage therapist, tattoo technician, or beautician to partner with me or sublease a treatment room with a sauna at my well-established beauty salon, Beautiful You, in Halswell (near the New World). The expected sublease is $300/week, including electricity.

The salon has three treatment rooms and a nail services area. It currently offers a wide range of beauty services and has established a base of regular customers. The subleased persons may provide additional beauty, massage or tattoo services.
