We are an established Auckland property, facilities, body corporate management company with a broader service offer including project and development management. We recently sold, off market, a significant portion of our book.
We are now investigating opportunities to grow and have an exciting opportunity for the right organisation or person.
The opportunity.
We have a:
• Skilled team who manage all aspects of property management incl Residential, Commercial and short stay accommodation,
• Skilled team who manage the facilities and physical buildings of complex structures incl WOF, concierge services, healthy homes, LTMP and all compliance aspects
• Skilled team who manage and administer Body Corporates of large and complex buildings incl managing significant maintenance tasks and rebuilds
• Skilled team who provide development, project management, complex building issues over significant range of project types and locations.
• Established accounting, adm and back office systems
• All appropriate registrations and industry accreditations
• Reputable and credible brand and organisation
