Established Cabin Hire Business with 70 cabins currently - made up of 50 small cabins and 20 large cabins.

Small cabins are 10sqm are rented for $115 pw (including GST) on a min 6 month contract. Large cabins are 18sqm and are rented for $207 pw (including GST) on a min 12 month contract.

We currently have 55-60 cabins out on hire (approximately $30,000 per month).

It can easily be run by 1 person (we don't have any staff) and there are very low overheads.

Also have established relationships with Work and Income and Stone Transport for large cabins transportation and ones needing a crane.

Comes with a custom built "Trailer Made" trailer to move smaller cabins.
