motel in Havelock north offering budget priced accommodation.
11 units with a mix of studio units and one and two bedroom apartments.
was previously used for emergency housing before my purchase and tidied up to go back to been run as a motel.
it is doing very well as a budget priced motel and future bookings can prove this.
change in my personal circumstances is the only reason i am listing back on the market. have only owned for six months and from this you can see its working so please after six months don't ask for financials but can show bank statements and GST figures.

i am getting a lot of enquiry asking for more information i have no problem with this but could you please ask for the information you require as stated i have owned for less than six months and do not want to sell as i see the potential but my personal circumstances leave me no option. i can not provide financials as i have not been trading one year but i can supply forward bookings and bank transactions to genuine interested people and will answer any questions you might have so please ask away.
