My vendor has said let’s get this moving and so they have slashed the price. This price is supported by a property valuation which makes it a compelling commercial proposition.

We have been instructed as the sole agent for this rare, well presented business for sale together with land and buildings, set in a picturesque rural location.

The business itself has multiple revenue streams to include garden plant sales, soft home furnishings, gift store, egg and artisan food sales. There is also a full café with outdoor seating set in the manicured gardens, for which the business generates a rental income from.
