We had the trailer custom built to fit the Italian imported, commercial pizza oven, we worked hard on the branding so the business would be appealing to be hired for private events or to be taken to markets, or as we ended up doing; parking it in one location for the season. It is also set up to be able to run off grid if need be, with a Honda generator and the pizza oven gas fired (the option to use it as a wood fired oven is also available, as it is a hybrid oven).

This is a turn key business, ready to be moved to a new home and get the dough proofing!
