Spagalimis Pizzeria - Nor West Christchurch, Rolleston, Ashburton, Timaru

After the end of the lease Church Corner Spagalimis is now closed. After nearly 3 decades it was time to move on and now we are on the hunt for a new operator who wants to own their own slice of Spagalimis.

The Church Corner pizzeria was trading well with sales circa $18k per week. We would imagine that after setting up again in the North West of Christchurch these same sales would return quickly. Potential areas are Wigram, Halswell or Hornby.

As part of purchasing the rights to the North West of Christchurch the rights to open and trade as a Spagalimis Pizzeria in Rolleston, Ashburton and Timaru are included. These are all areas where we see huge potential. And with the right drive and ambition by the right person, success will come.

Our Franchise Royalty is very low at only 5% per week.
